At Workier we carry out projects in all areas of architecture,
carrying four starting criteria in our DNA:

Urban Planning

The future of our towns and cities depends on a balanced and well planned urban development. This is how we approach urban planning work. With an eye to the future.

Housing Promotions

With the responsability of designing the spaces in which many families will live, we design single-family detached, semi-detached, terraced house, or block houses, with the aim of improving the quality of life of the users through the application of passive architecture.

Public // Private buildings

After having designed schools, nursing homes, civic centres and medical offices, we consider that this type of building represents an important challenge for our studio due to the particular conditioning factors that are implicit in them. And for us, challenges make us grow.

Single family house // Passive house

We put ourselves in the shoes of a tailor to create a tailor-made house for a family to live in. A unique and funtional design that will include elements of passive architecture. Projects with a lot of face to face that will lead us to know you in depth and we like that.

Management and consultancy of real estate asset

The crisis we have suffered has left its mark. Existing assets require professional management to bring them back to the market and the development of new assets will require a thorough analysis to ensure their viability.

Industrial edification

The interest in aesthetics and design has also been extended, in recent years, to the industrial buildings. More and more companies want to show their identity and differentiate themselves through their buildings.

Rehabilitación y restauración

Preserving Historial Heritage is a duty. At Workier we are admirers of historical and traditional architecture and we have been very fortunate to be involved in various projects in this field. Palaces, monasteries, atriums, churches, castles… Real treasures treated with the utmost care and respect.

Interior design

In your home, your premises or your office your are going to spend a large part of your life with your family, friends, clients, colleagues… Transforming an interior space is very grateful, always surprising and, without a doubt, improves your quality of life.

Arquitectura bioclimática // Passive House

After placing in our sights two elements as important as economic savings and the reduction of the ecological footprint, we design buildings taking into account:

  • Environmental conditions (climate, orientation, winds, etc…)
  • Available and cost-effective renewable energies
  • The materials used
  • The reduction of the Energy Mortgage
  • Maximum indoor air quality
  • Maximum comfort with minimum consumption.

The Ecological Footprint is the measure of the impact of human activities on nature, represented by the area needed to produce the resources and absorb the impacts of that activity.

To meet its current needs, humanity is consuming an amount of natural resources equivalent to 1.6 Planets. If this continues, 1.75 Planets will be needed in 2020 and 2.5 Planets in 2050.

Let´s do our bit.

Apparently we had reached a great height in the atmosphere, for the sky was a dead black, and the stars had ceased to twinkle. By the same illusion which lifts the horizon of the sea to the level of the spectator on a hillside.
