When we carried out the project and the construction of the “El Caddy” residential complex, we made sure that it combined the amenities of a hotel with the comfort of being at home. All this in the middle of a privileged environment, near a golf course and with very complete facilities.
Our goal was to create a practical and comfortable second home for the tenants, regardless of whether they are staying there on business or pleasure trips.
The building is sober on the outside, marked by the repeated rhythm of vertical openings, as well as friendly and intimate on the inside.
